Season 1 of XDefiant is dropping on July 2, along with several new rewards for watching on Twitch! For the first month of the season, you can earn some all-new cosmetics through Twitch Drops, and by supporting your favorite streamer via a Twitch Quest.
Season 1 Twitch Drops - Watch to Earn
For Season 1, we will have two sets of Twitch Drop rewards available. The first set will be made available across all XDefiant streams, meaning any channel playing XDefiant will offer these rewards to viewers! See below for a recap of the rewards:

Twitch Quest - Support a Streamer, Claim A Reward
Additionally, we're marking Season 1's debut with a Twitch Quest to support your favorite streamer. By purchasing 2 Tier 1 subs for any Partner or Affiliate channel playing XDefiant under the XDefiant category, you'll unlock the "Viral Character Skin" for Green!
These gifted subscriptions directly support your streamer of choice, helping them continue doing what they do best.
This offer will be available from July 2nd at 10:00am PDT to July 29th at 11:59pm PDT. For details on how to participate, how to redeem your code, and other FAQs see below**.
*How Do Twitch Drops Work?
Be sure to follow these steps to make sure you're set up to earn Drops:
- Step 1: Link your Twitch account and Ubisoft account. Click here to link accounts now.
- Step 2: Watch eligible streams. You'll earn progress toward various items by watching streams for 60 minutes or more. See above for details on how to get each available item.
- Step 3: Claim Your Rewards. When you've earned a Drop, be sure to claim it in your Twitch Inventory. Once complete, your rewards will be waiting for you in-game.
Which Creator Channels Will Support Drops?
Our first set of Twitch Drops will be available across the entire XDefiant category, meaning you can watch ANY channel playing XDefiant to earn these items.
The second set, available to select partners only, will be earnable by watching any of the channels featured here.

How to Participate
- Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at Twitch.tv).
- Visit one of the eligible Twitch channels streaming in the XDeifant category.
- While the channel is live streaming XDefiant purchase a cumulative of two subscriptions of any tier to earn the reward (Prime Subs are excluded).
The campaign will begin 7/2/2024, 10:00 a.m. PST. Any subscriptions purchased before the above start time will NOT count towards the campaign. Any subscriptions purchased while the channel is not live streaming XDefiant with the category set to "XDefiant" also will NOT count towards the campaign.

How can I confirm which channels are eligible for the campaign?

How do I purchase a subscription on Twitch?
Users must first log into Twitch, using either a web browser or mobile device. Purchases may be made on either a web browser or mobile device. Detailed information on purchasing subscriptions can be found here, and information on purchasing gift subscriptions can be found here.
How many subscriptions do I need to purchase? Which Tier(s) are eligible for the campaign?
To qualify for the reward redemption code, users must purchase two subscriptions of any tier, or any combination of tiers towards an eligible channel, as long as their cumulative support is two total subscriptions. The two subscriptions may be purchased at once, or one at a time over the course of the campaign, on the XDefiant category on Twitch. Prime Subs are excluded.
I purchased two subscriptions prior to the campaign. Am I eligible for a redemption reward code?
No. Redemption reward codes can only be earned by purchasing two subscriptions to a stream that is streaming XDefiant and using the XDefiant category during the campaign period.
What should I do if I have a problem completing subscription purchases on Twitch?
First, make sure that you are trying to complete a purchase in one of the channels of the XDefiant Category. Most commonly, refreshing the page, or trying a different payment method can help. For mobile purchases, please allow a moment to refresh. If you require further assistance, contact the Twitch Support team by reading common troubleshooting FAQs and common fixes here.
Can I track how many eligible subscriptions I have done for the campaign?
While there is not a centralized location to track progress in the campaign, users may refer to their Twitch Payment History to review recent purchases of subscriptions to eligible channels. This should be used only as a reference for successful subscription purchases and does not guarantee the subscriptions qualified for the campaign.
Where can I find my campaign rewards once I've earned them?
The campaign reward code will be delivered to the user's Twitch notification inbox once they have been earned. The notification inbox can be found to the right in the top navigation bar on Twitch. The codes will remain there until the user deletes the message.
What should I do if I'm having a problem receiving my code on Twitch?
Campaign reward code delivery can take up to 24 hours to be delivered once earned. The code will remain there until the user deletes the message after completion of a qualifying purchase. If after waiting 24 hours and verifying that your purchases were made towards an eligible streamer that was live streaming, please contact Twitch Support here while logged in.
What should I do if I received my reward redemption code on Twitch, but I'm having a problem redeeming the items on the Ubisoft redemption website?
