Eli and Hunter were professional, cheerful, respectful, and kind. They helped me understand my older car’s brakes issue, then did all they could to make my experience pleasant, including offering some helpful coupons for the services I needed. It’s not every car shop where a lady can go and feel safe and respected, this is one. I will bring my business here from now on. I was in and out in less than an hour!

Brought my new rims here for a tire mount and balance. Same day service it wasn’t too busy at the time and not a scratch on the rims. I’ve been other places as they scratched my rims. Staff was responsive and worked with me very well. Good price too. I’d trust them with your expensive wheels

Amazing service experience 👏 I came for an nys inspection and discovered certain things needed to be repaired. With everything that needed to be fixed I was out in 30 minutes. These guys are amazing over here and super fast. Definitely will recommend👌

I have been taking my cars to Mavis in Webster for five years and have never had a bad experience. Today was no different. Eli was super helpful and showed great customer service. Despite not having an app they were able to fit me in. Awesome place for any maintenance work on your vehicle.

Found a giant nail in my tire with air audibly escaping from my tire. Drove right over, no appointment, they fixed it good as new, super quick and were so nice about it!! Definitely recommend!

Eli and all of the employees were very welcoming and helpful! I came in with a flat tire and needed a plug or needed a whole new tire, they inspected it and said they could fix it with a plug no problem! They fixed it then and there for me and I didn't need to wait longer than 10 minutes, I was in and out with great service! Thank you to Eli and the guys for a quick and easy process!
