Is Firefly Worth Pulling?
Firefly is a powerful Destruction DPS who can deal a huge amount of Break DMG in her Complete Combustion state. Firefly's attacks will deplete her own HP, but it can be restored during Complete Combustion.
Even if an enemy isn't weak to Fire, Firefly can still reduce their Toughness and can apply the Fire Weakness through the use of her Ultimate. This allows her to easily Weakness Break an enemy regardless of their Weakness Type.
With absurd Break DMG, self-survival, and the ability to apply Fire Weakness, Firefly is an amazing DPS unit to pull for. She is a great unit, especially for those who want a DPS that can go fight against any element.

This is based on Firefly's Character Preview on HoYoLab where Firefly's kit is explained. We may update this on Firefly's release.
The majority of Firefly's DPS will come from Break DMG, so CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG are not important for her. Aside from Break Effect, the ATK stat is also important since this also will increase Firefly's Break Effect.
Recommended Stat Values

Firefly should have at least 360% Break Effect in combat to deal the maximum amount of Super Break DMG through her Bonus Ability. Break Effect support characters and Relic sets can help you achieve that.
2600 ATK is recommended to provide a huge boost of 64% Break Effect to Firefly and make it easier for her to reach the 360% Break Effect requirement.
150 SPD is great for Firefly since it provides her with a lot of turns before her Complete Combustion state ends. If you have Ruan Mei, you can get fewer SPD sub-stats since she can buff Firefly's SPD.

For any team, Firefly needs the Harmony Trailblazer to increase her Super Break DMG. As for other free-to-play units, you can use Asta to increase Firefly's ATK and SPD, while Lynx can keep the party alive via healing.

For this team, Firefly and the Harmony Trailblazer will work together in dealing a lot of Super Break DMG to enemies.
Ruan Mei provides more Break Effect and can extend the duration of Weakness Break to give everyone more turns dealing Super Break DMG. For healing, Gallagher is the best choice since he does a lot of Weakness Break damage with his Ult and Enhanced Basic Attack.

Firefly's Gameplay Guide
Skill Uses HP and Restores Energy
Outside her Enhanced State, Firefly's Skill deals damage at the cost of her own HP and restores her Energy.
Talent Increases Survivability
When Firefly has low HP, less damage is sustained when she uses her Skill. When Complete Combustion is activated, Firefly will receive an Effect RES buff.
Ultimate Enhances Basic ATK and Skill
Firefly's Ultimate makes her enter the Complete Combustion and advances her action by 100%. The Complete Combustion state enhances both her Basic ATK and Skill .
This state also buffs her SPD, increases her Break Efficiency, and increases the Break DMG received by enemies from her Enhanced Skill. Firefly will restore HP every time she attacks during Complete Combustion.
Enhanced Skill Applies Fire Weakness
Firefly's Enhanced Skill during Complete Combustion deals damage based on her Break Effect and can apply a Fire weakness onto an enemy. The Enhanced Skill will also deal more Toughness damage.
Complete Combustion Countdown
Firefly's Complete Combustion state has a countdown, and you can see the icon in the turn order. Once the Complete Combustion's turn is up, Firefly's Enhanced state will end.
Technique Applies Fire Weakness
Firefly's Technique allows her to fly into the air and attack all enemies in a set range. After using the Technique to enter combat, Firefly deals Fire DMG to all enemies in each wave.
A Fire weakness can be applied to enemies without it and this will last a set number of turns.
